Time and cost investment: $99 - $500/month
My objective
is to keep our coaching sessions flexible to suit your time and budget
while providing you with superior coaching tools and results. I
commit to giving you the best of years of experience, learned and found
resources. A safe and professional environment in which to grow
and thrive. I have created coaching packages and programs to
complement various needs and budgets.
The coaching fee is only one
form of your investment in you. More important is your commitment
to be present with the coaching conversations and do the work necessary
to create sustainable success.
I
serve individuals and groups or teams. All coaching
sessions are conducted by phone. In-person sessions are
available for an additional fee.
Retreats are held both virtually and on location in
North Carolina.
After
a foundational (1-2 hour) coaching conversation, you decide if
you wish to meet weekly or 1-2 calls each month, for a 30-50
minute coaching conversation. Those who wish coaching
on-demand (call when needed) can pay a slightly higher fee and
schedule coaching sessions with 24-48 hour notice.
Clients
who want to make real, life-long change schedule
between six and twelve sessions. Many continue with a monthly
"maintenance session (1-2 sessions/month) to
help them stay on track and enjoy celebrations.
I am
creating
coaching groups and
masterminds for those who
wish to enjoy
affordable coaching and the power of community.
These groups will meet by phone 1-3 each month, for 60-90
minutes, with life coaching by me and invited guest experts over
three - nine months. Foci will include life balance,
inspired entrepreneur biz mastery, and conscious marketing and

I
offer many
online and offline tools and assessments to
enhance and expedite your growth on this path. These
include the
DiSC and other InScape tools to grow your
sales, leadership, management, teambuilding and communication
skills. These are complimentary to clients registered for
three or more months of regular coaching services. And,
for a moderate fee offered a la carte to those who wish to take
the assessment and complement it with a one-time coaching
conversation.
We
are happy to tailor our programs to suit your personal and
professional needs. This is all about you so we move at a
pace that best serves you and your path to conscious leadership
mastery.
Payment is due on a
monthly basis prior to the coaching
session(s). Invoices will be emailed upon request the last week of each month.
